Job summary

Korza seeks a Senior Backend Engineer to own backend systems for enterprise AI applications from our Bangalore hub. You will design scalable services, implement high-performance APIs, and drive architectural decisions to support complex AI workloads.

You will collaborate with AI/ML teams to deploy LLM integrations, vector stores, and RAG pipelines, while mentoring peers and shaping product strategy from an early stage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience with Python and modern frameworks.
• Deep understanding of database design, data modeling, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience building Generative AI applications and LLM integrations.
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable enterprise-grade code.
• Strong analytical skills and ownership in fast-paced environments.

• Generative AI Systems: Hands‑on experience building Generative AI applications, LLM integrations, RAG architectures, or agentic frameworks.
• Engineering Standards: Proven track record writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following enterprise‑grade engineering best practices.
• Problem‑Solving & Ownership: Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment while translating business needs into technical solutions.
