Job summary

HackElite is seeking a capable AI/ML developer to create and integrate AI applications using Python, and to build end-to-end AI systems from development through testing and optimization. You will deploy REST APIs with FastAPI, develop RAG pipelines powered by large language models, and contribute to agentic RAG systems across a modern AI infrastructure stack.

The role emphasizes strong Python skills, foundational AI/ML knowledge, and a demonstrated track record of building real AI projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Solid command of Python programming.
• Foundational knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, large language models and retrieval-augmented generation techniques.
• Demonstrated experience building real projects involving AI agents, RAG systems, Agentic RAG or LLM-driven applications.
• Strong capacity for breaking down complex problems and analytical thinking.
• Self-directed learner who can pick up new tools and frameworks quickly in a fast-moving AI environment.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and communicate clearly about technical work.
