Job summary

Serendipity Corporate Services in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Generative AI Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience. You will design, build, and deploy AI applications, optimize RAG pipelines, and create multi-agent workflows using Agentic AI.

The role requires strong Python skills and familiarity with vector databases and Azure AI services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business applications, ensuring scalable, reliable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on experience in Generative AI.
• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
• Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Experience developing Agentic AI or AI agent-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar AI development tools.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI services.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and modern software development practices.
