Job summary

Aligned Automation Services Pvt Ltd in Pune is seeking an experienced GenAI/Agentic AI specialist to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions. You will build RAG-based systems, vector databases, and scalable APIs using Python and FastAPI, integrating AI with business workflows.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of hands-on AI development, strong Python skills, and a solid grasp of LLM orchestration, evaluation, and observability.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on AI development experience.
• Experience designing GenAI/LLM-based enterprise solutions.
• Proficient with REST APIs built on FastAPI or Flask and Python.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Familiar with monitoring and observability of AI systems.
• Ability to translate business use cases into production AI systems.

About the Role

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise-scale applications.
• Develop and optimize RAG-based systems leveraging Vector Databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Create scalable APIs and microservices using Python and FastAPI.
• Implement LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and observability solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, workflows, and data platforms.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate use cases into production-ready AI systems.

Required Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with RAG, Vector Databases, embedding, and semantic search.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP, or similar frameworks.
• Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Strong understanding of system design, software engineering, and cloud-native architectures.
