Job summary

The role requires hands-on ML experience, strong Python, and deployment expertise with Docker and CI/CD across AWS/GCP/Azure. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure scalable, measurable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1–2 years on ML or AI systems.
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar.
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and open-source models.
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, etc.) and embedding-based search.
• Experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Docker and CI/CD.
• Solid understanding of ML fundamentals: training, evaluation, overfitting, and data quality.
• Clear communication and comfort working with clients and across teams.

Responsibilities

• Turn research ideas into reliable systems used in production.
• Build applications on top of large language models, including RAG, agents, and tool-calling workflows.

• Set up evaluation frameworks and guardrails so model behaviour is measurable and reliable.
• Monitor deployed models and improve them based on real usage.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with enterprise clients to understand their problems and translate them into AI solutions
