Job summary

Prismforce is seeking an AI Engineer (Agentic AI) to design autonomous AI agents and build scalable AI systems that automate enterprise workflows. You will work on LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and knowledge-graph-based solutions to power talent acquisition and skills intelligence.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, NLP, and Embeddings.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen.
• Experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant, or FAISS.
• Familiarity with FastAPI, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience deploying AI applications in production environments.

Responsibilities

Prismforce is looking for an AI Engineer (Agentic AI) to build next-generation AI solutions that power intelligent talent acquisition and skills intelligence. You will design autonomous AI agents, develop LLM-powered applications, and build scalable AI systems that automate complex enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Build LLM-powered applications using prompt engineering, function calling, and structured outputs.
