Job summary

You will perform manual, functional, integration and regression testing, contribute to test automation, and use API testing tools to improve coverage. Collaboration with product, engineering and AI teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of Software Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation experience.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC and QA best practices.
• Hands-on experience with manual, functional, integration, and regression testing.

AI Engineer - QA & Regression

About the Role We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer - QA & Regression with 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation to support quality validation across our AI-enabled application landscape. This role combines traditional QA practices with AI-driven testing methodologies to help ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of modern cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual testing, regression validation, API testing, and test automation, along with an interest in leveraging AI-powered tools and automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation roles.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and QA best practices.
• Hands-on experience performing manual, functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar.
• Experience with API testing using Postman, Swagger, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Robot Framework.
• Experience building and maintaining automated regression test suites.
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing platforms, intelligent test generation, or self-healing automation frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
• Experience testing cloud-based and AI-enabled applications.
