Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive AI Engineer to design, build agent builder that drive seamless automation and measurable productivity gains. You will develop and optimize machine learning models, create intelligent workflows, and ensure our platform scales across diverse business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Develop AI Solutions:

Build, test, and optimize machine learning models powering our intelligent agents.
Implement solutions using Langraph, MCP, and Langsmith for seamless agent integration.
Build, test, and optimize Voice agents and optmize model performance

Integrate & Automate Workflows:

Develop modular, API-driven integrations to connect disparate systems into a unified automation engine.
Create and maintain automated workflows that deliver real-time, actionable insights.

Iterative Product Development:

Work in agile sprints to build MVPs, gather rapid feedback, and iterate quickly on new features.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and refine predictive models.
Enhance system performance through continuous learning and model improvements.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years in AI/ML development with a track record of deploying production-level models.

Technical Expertise:

Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Experience with data analytics tools (Pandas, NumPy).
Familiarity with integration tools such as Langraph, MCP, and Langsmith (or equivalent).
Understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for creative, scalable solutions.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced startup environment.
