Job summary

FinThrive, Inc. is building an advanced AI-driven Healthcare Automation platform. You will join a talented team of data scientists and engineers to design, build and deploy AI solutions in production, focusing on agentic AI, automation and ML model management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business, product, and technical teams, ensuring scalable, reliable and secure AI systems with modern DevSecOps practices. A strong background in AI/ML and cloud tech is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with AI, software engineering, MLOps, DevOps, or data engineering.
• Experience with document intelligence, generative AI, agentic AI, automation, NLP and machine learning.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, Python and other scripting languages.
• Experience with integrating DevSecOps practices throughout the life cycle.
• Experience with Big Data technologies, cloud-based analytics, non-relational datastores, data visualization tools, and open-source tools for data processing.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of a growing team that designs and implements AI solutions in production.
• Design, build, maintain and deploy the infrastructure for AI-based solutions.
• Integrate solutions with existing systems; ensure scalability, reliability, and security (MLOps/DevOps).
• Implement automation tools and processes for Agent flows, RPA, GenAI, model training, testing, and deployment.
• Build tools and capabilities for model management and monitoring.
• Collaborate effectively with the team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Foster a high-performance culture with critical thinking, problem-solving, learning and experimentation.

Impact you will make

Join a group of highly talented and motivated data scientists and data engineers with significant healthcare experience to help a thriving Healthcare function. Build a highly functional and efficient Agentic AI platform that brings together data, analytic insights, machine learning (ML) and AI tools to allow FinThrive to design and run complex automations in Healthcare business operations. Partner with internal business, product, and technical teams to analyze requirements to deliver solutions to complex issues. Participate in development and oversee maintenance of code to ensure consistency, quality, best practices, and performance of applications.

What you will do

• Be a key member of a growing team (data scientists, data engineers, AI engineers) that designs and implements artificial intelligence solutions in a production environment, leveraging a variety of AI tools and ML algorithms
• Design, build, maintain and deploy the infrastructure for AI-based solutions
• Integrate solutions with existing systems and applications. Responsible for MLOps and DevOps to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of these systems
• Implement automation tools and processes for Agent flows, RPA, GenAI, model training, testing, and deployment
• Build tools and capabilities for model management and model performance monitoring
• Collaborate effectively with the team and across cross-functional stakeholders
• Model a high-performance culture with critical thinking, problem-solving, learning, collaboration, and experimentation within the team

What you will bring

• Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, AI or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with AI, software engineering, MLOps, DevOps, or data engineering, in a professional role
• Experience with document intelligence, generative AI, agentic AI, automation, NLP and machine learning
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, Python and other scripting languages
• Experiencewith integrating DevSecOps practices and principles throughout the project life cycle
• Experience with Big Data technologies, cloud-based analytics, non-relational datastores, data visualization tools, and open-source tools for data processing
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools such as Jira.
• Travel required: Minimal (a couple of times a year)

What we would like to see

• Experience with Databricks and Azure cloud platforms, UIPath, machine learning, and best practices
• Experience in open-source AI/ML tools, frameworks technologies (for example, Meta, HuggingFace, Nemo, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Apache MXnet, Spark MLlib, etc.)
• Experience with predictive analytics in Healthcare, Insurance or Consumer Credit industry
