Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate AI Engineer to join our AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE).

• Build production-grade Agentic AI systems with planning, memory, tool usage, and orchestration
• Develop Python-based backends powering Lagozon’s in-house AI products and accelerators
• Build LLM-driven workflows: RAG pipelines, multi-agent coordination, tool calling, and guardrails
• Develop enterprise copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio integrated with real business systems
• Experience Range: 2 Years
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline

Key Skills Required

• Python as primary language — strong fundamentals in data structures, APIs, OOP, and clean architecture
• Practical exposure to LLMs, embeddings, RAG, agents, or prompt engineering
• Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI / Azure OpenAI SDKs, or equivalents
• Comfort integrating with REST APIs, databases, and external services
• Git proficiency and clean, testable code practices
