Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking an AI Engineer with 10+ years in infrastructure roles and at least 3 years in automation or platform development. The role requires hands-on Python, Ansible (Tower/AWX), Terraform, and REST API orchestration across multi-vendor environments.

You will work across networking, security, systems engineering and cloud networking, with strong CI/CD and IaC practice. Preferred candidates have experience with AI/LLM tools, full-stack capabilities, ITSM workflows,

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer with 10+ years in infrastructure roles (network, security or systems engineering) with at least 3 years focused on automation or platform development.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Expert level Python; production experience with Ansible (including Tower/AWX) and terraform.
• Proven track record building automation that delivered measurable outcomes, such as reduced manual effort, faster incident resolution, or improved audit adherence.
• Deep familiarity with at least two infrastructure domains among: enterprise networking, firewall and security operations, systems engineering, and cloud networking.
• Hands on experience with REST API orchestration across multi vendor infrastructure platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code practices in production environments.
• Working knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001) and Zero Trust principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM powered tools, including RAG pipelines, AI assistants, or agentic automation for operations teams.
• Full stack development capability (Rust, Go, TypeScript, or similar) with experience shipping internal platforms adopted by other teams.
• Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) and automating ticket workflows for Helpdesk and NOC.
• Kubernetes, service mesh (Istio), and WAF deployment experience.
• Experience supporting 24/7 operations, on call rotations, and global multi-site environments.
• Background in M&A infrastructure integrations or large-scale refresh projects.
• Relevant certifications such as PCNSE, CCNP, CISSP, or cloud provider certifications.
