Job summary

Shuru is seeking an AI Software Engineer to build production-grade AI agents, workflows, and automation systems in Bengaluru. You will develop end-to-end AI/LLM workflows, backend services with Python and FastAPI, and work with prompting, RAG, and tool calling.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of software experience, strong Python/TypeScript skills, hands-on LLM exposure, ownership mindset, and a track record of shipping production-grade applications.

We are looking for an AI Software Engineer to build production-grade AI agents, workflows, and automation systems at Shuru.
