Skylark Drones is seeking highly capable AI Engineers to work on large-scale computer vision, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation problems. You will build AI systems that operate in production for real-world drone and enterprise scale challenges.

You will collaborate with founders, product, and engineering teams to design end-to-end pipelines, iterate on models, and push for robust, scalable solutions with measurable impact.

Job Summary

Skylark Drones is looking for highly capable AI Engineers to work on complex, real-world problems involving large-scale image data, intelligent agents, and automation-driven systems. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building systems that think, see, and act, and who are excited about solving problems that operate at scale in production environments.

You will work closely with the Founders Office, product, and engineering teams to design and build AI-driven solutions across computer vision, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation. The focus is on solving hard problems using data, models, and systems that create measurable impact for large enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI systems involving bots, agents, and intelligent workflows

Work on large-scale image and video datasets to solve real-world computer vision problems

Develop and optimize models for tasks such as detection, segmentation, tracking, and classification

Build end-to-end AI pipelines including data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment

Solve complex, ambiguous problems using a combination of algorithms, models, and engineering judgment

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning concepts
