Job summary

Welspun World is seeking a creative AI Video Content Creator for its Learning & Development team in Thane. Fresher to 2 years of experience, you will produce microlearning videos, AI-generated visuals, and digital learning content for employees.

You will work with the L&D team to experiment with the latest AI tools, maintain brand consistency, and deliver high-quality content that supports corporate learning goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to edit bite-sized learning videos (30 seconds to 5 minutes) and add subtitles.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic fresher who is passionate about video editing, AI tools, and visual storytelling. You will work closely with the Learning & Development team to create engaging microlearning videos, AI-generated visuals, and digital learning content for employees across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with the latest AI tools and wants to build a career in corporate learning content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create bite-sized learning videos (30 seconds to 5 minutes).
• Edit videos using professional editing software.
• Use Generative AI tools to create visuals, animations, voiceovers, and video content.
• Convert scripts into engaging learning experiences.
• Design simple motion graphics, subtitles, and transitions.
• Create social-media-style learning content for internal communication.
• Maintain brand consistency across all learning assets.
• Coordinate with SMEs and the L&D team to deliver projects on time.
• Continuously explore new AI tools and recommend innovative ideas for learning content.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar).
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Veo, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Canva AI, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms.
• Good visual design sense and storytelling skills.
• Basic understanding of audio editing and subtitles.
• Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualification

• Graduate or final-year student in Media, Mass Communication, Animation, Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
• Portfolio of personal or freelance video projects (college projects are acceptable).
