Job summary

People Media Factory is hiring a Mid-Level AI Designer specializing in AI filmmaking and visual storytelling. You will craft cinematic AI-generated imagery and videos from scripts and storyboards, and develop robust prompts for image and video generation.

You will apply cinematography principles, ensure continuity across shots, and collaborate with creative teams to deliver engaging sequences using Text-to-Image, Text-to-Video workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in AI prompting and generative AI.
• Practical experience in AI image & video generation.
• Good understanding of filmmaking and cinematography.
• Strong visual observation and attention to detail.
• Ability to iterate, troubleshoot, and improve AI-generated outputs.
• Experience with Midjourney, Flux, ComfyUI, Runway, Kling, Veo, Seedance, Sora or similar tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create cinematic AI-generated images and videos from scripts, concepts, and storyboards.
• Develop high-quality image and video generation prompts.
• Apply cinematography principles including camera angles, lenses, framing, composition, and camera movement.
• Create visually compelling outputs using cinematic lighting, mood, atmosphere, and color.
• Maintain character, costume, environment, and visual continuity across shots.
• Work with Text-to-Image, Image-to-Image, Text-to-Video & Image-to-Video workflows.
• Identify and fix AI-generation issues such as artifacts and continuity problems.
• Collaborate with creative and directorial teams to turn concepts into engaging visual sequences.

We're Hiring | Mid-Level AI Designer – AI Filmmaking

People Media Factory (PMF) is looking for a creative and hands-on Mid-Level AI Designer with a strong understanding of AI filmmaking, visual storytelling, and cinematic content creation.

What You'll Do

• Create cinematic AI-generated images and videos from scripts, concepts, and storyboards
• Develop high-quality image & video generation prompts
• Apply cinematography principles including camera angles, lenses, framing, composition, and camera movement
• Create visually compelling outputs using cinematic lighting, mood, atmosphere, and color

• Work with Text-to-Image, Image-to-Image, Text-to-Video & Image-to-Video workflows
