Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking an AI Deployment Manager to own the post-sale journey for enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion of Cursor. You’ll work with developers, admins, executives, and Sales to shape rollout strategy and influence product priorities.

You’ll lead end-to-end rollouts, translate needs into technical plans, monitor health and usage data, and secure renewals with account executives.

• Experience in enterprise AI deployments and post-sale customer success.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical plans and measurable outcomes.
• Understanding of SDLC, developer workflows, and tool adoption.
• Excellent communication with developers and senior executives.
• Analytical and operational, using data to prioritize and act.
• Cursor user or power user of modern AI coding tools is a plus.

About The Role

As an AI Deployment Manager (ADM) at SpaceXAI, you’ll own the post-sale journey for a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. You’ll help engineering organizations successfully roll out Cursor and evolve how they work with AI. You’ll operate at the center of each account, partnering with developers, admins, and executives while working closely with Sales, Field Engineering, Product, and Support. You’ll shape rollout strategy and influence SpaceXAI’s roadmap priorities through customer insight. Success is measured by customer retention, product adoption, and revenue expansion.
