Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in CS/AI/DS/Engineering.
• 4+ years managing technical AI projects.
• Experience in health/Fin-tech or AI consulting.
• Experience with transformer models and enterprise AI platforms.
• Strong client engagement and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI project delivery from needs assessment to deployment.
• Develop roadmaps and readiness assessments for projects.
• Ensure on-time delivery while managing risks and changes.

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Delivery Manager to lead customer engagements and oversee the implementation of AI/NLP solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, map them to AI-driven solutions, and ensure seamless project execution.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of AI/NLP technologies, especially transformer-based architectures, and experience managing technical projects in health/fin-tech or AI-driven consulting. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, driving roadmap development, requirement specifications, and overall solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Solution Delivery

• Lead end-to-end project execution from initial needs assessment to AI solution delivery.
• Develop roadmaps, readiness assessments, and market research reports to guide project strategy.
• Ensure on-time delivery while managing risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Map customer needs to AI/NLP frameworks such as transformer-based models, Hugging Face, OpenAI, BERT, GPT, and LLMs.
• Stay up to date with AI advancements by reviewing publications and participating in technical workshops.
• Work with MLOps tools, APIs, and data pipelines for enterprise AI deployment.

Client Engagement & Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagements.
• Communicate technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior executives effectively.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and AI solution capabilities.

Team & Process Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, and business leads) to drive AI solution development.
• Implement best practices in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies for AI project management.
• Use JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools to track progress.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or Engineering, with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• 4+ years of experience in managing technical AI projects, preferably in health/Fin-tech or AI consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI/NLP components used in enterprise applications.
• Hands‑on knowledge of transformer-based models (BERT, GPT, LLaMA) and AI/ML platforms (Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with customer engagement & executive-level communication.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and storytelling skills.
