Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India in Bengaluru is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead data transformation, automation, and AI adoption within the actuarial function.

You will build scalable actuarial data infrastructure, optimize reserving and regulatory reporting, develop advanced analytics solutions, and support an in‑house modelling platform, collaborating with actuarial, finance, and data engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance analytics, data engineering, BI, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on skills in SQL, Python, Power BI, automation, and data warehousing.
• Experience in Insurance is preferred.
• Passion for leveraging AI and technology to solve business problems.
