Kyndryl is seeking an AI Data Engineer in Bengaluru to build secure, AI-ready data pipelines powering enterprise AI agents. The role involves ingesting, normalizing, and enriching complex data from multiple sources, designing semantic search, vector storage, and metadata tagging with strict data governance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data engineering or platform development and 2+ years supporting GenAI, RAG, or semantic data products, with hands-on experience across ServiceNow,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or platform development.
• 2+ years dedicated to GenAI, RAG, search, or semantic data products.
• Experience with ITSM/ServiceNow.
• Hands-on familiarity with GenAI stacks and orchestration frameworks.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and orchestration platforms.
• Practical experience integrating operational data from ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, Git, and monitoring tools.
• Deep understanding of enterprise data lineage, access controls, auditability, and sensitive data handling.

Responsibilities

• Ingest data from ITSM/ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, Git and monitoring tools.
• Build batch and real-time data pipelines and ensure data quality and governance.
• Design semantic search, vector storage, and metadata tagging for AI agents.
• Enforce strict access controls and sensitive data handling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy GenAI-enabled data products.
