Job summary

Connor Group seeks a Data Analyst II to drive analytics across our finance and enterprise data platforms in Pune. You will design data warehouses and data mesh architectures, build governed data products, and craft compelling BI narratives using Power BI, Looker, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical data warehouse and data mesh design experience using star schema/facts and dimensions.
• Strong financial data management expertise including building reusable, governed and audit-ready finance data products.
• Expertise in advanced BI solutions with visualization, reports, dashboards and analytics storytelling.
• Experience in leveraging AI for data analytics in BI contexts (Snowflake Cortex AI, Semantic layers, etc.).
• Building custom and complex AI in BI capabilities across multiple BI tools including RAG for contextual training on enterprise data.

Position Title - Data Analyst II

Must have skills:

• Strong analytical data warehouse, & data mesh design and implementation experience using star schema/facts and dimensions (Snowflake, dbt, Databricks etc.)
• Strong financial data management expertise including building reusable, governed and audit-ready finance data products
• Expertise in advanced Business Intelligence (visualization, reports, dashboards) solutions with powerful narrative and analytics storytelling (Power BI, Looker, Tableau etc.)
• Experience in leveraging Agentic AI for data analytics (Snowflake Cortex AI, Snowflake Semantic layer, Power BI Semantic layer, MCP etc.)
• Building custom and complex AI in BI (Business Intelligence) capabilities across multiple BI tools including RAG for contextual training on enterprise data for meaningful insights and data analytics.

Nice to have / aspirational skills

• Experience in NSAW (NetSuite Analytics Warehouse), Boomi Data Hub and/or Salesforce Data Cloud
• Expertise in data analytics catering to the Office of the CFO – this includes finance, accounting, FP&A and controller functions.
