Scope

The Innovation Engineer will design and implement AI-driven solutions using AWS services. The role includes building scalable AI components, integrating data sources, and supporting agentic workflows on AWS infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain AI plugins and connectors for AWS-based AI platforms.
• Design orchestration layers using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and other services.
• Ensure high-quality prompt engineering and evaluation.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data using AWS-native tools.
• Perform data mining, cleansing, and preparation for AI agents.
• Build reusable components and services with a product mindset.
• Transition solutions to support teams and assist in production issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Data Engineering, Semantic Search, and open-source development.
• Strong experience with AWS services: Lambda, Step Functions, Bedrock, DynamoDB, S3, SageMaker, etc.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React, FastAPI, and LangChain.
• Deep understanding of SQL, prompt engineering, and AI agent design.
• Familiarity with IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, and OpenSearch Serverless.
• Experience with Git-based source control and Terraform for IaC.
