You will work across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to modernize validation practices and improve product quality across multiple programs and product generations.**Key Responsibilities****AI-Powered Quality Engineering*** Define and execute the roadmap for AI adoption within Software Quality Engineering.* Drive the use of Generative AI and autonomous systems to improve validation coverage, engineering productivity, defect discovery, and release confidence.* Establish best practices for AI-assisted test development, validation workflows, and engineering program-level testing will have a distinct advantage in this role, as the team sits within Qualcomm's CPU Division* Strong experience designing and scaling automation frameworks, validation infrastructure, and large-scale testing solutions for embedded firmware.* Proficiency in Python and/or C/C++ for automation, infrastructure, and tooling development.* Hands-on experience with CI/CD
