CS Groups has an open AI automation internship in Patna, Bihar. Build and maintain intelligent workflow automations connecting Zoho CRM, Cliq, People & more using n8n, Python, and AI-powered pipelines. No prior experience needed — just curiosity and willingness to learn fast in a real production environment.
CS Groups is hiring an AI-Automation Intern to help build and maintain intelligent workflow automations that connect our business tools — Zoho CRM, Zoho Cliq, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, and more — using n8n and AI-powered pipelines. You will design no-code/low-code automations, write Python scripts for custom logic, and integrate APIs and webhooks to reduce manual work across departments. This is a hands‑on, real‑impact role — the automations you build will be used by our live teams every day.
Top priority:Candidates with prior hands‑on experience in n8n, Zoho integrations, or AI/LLM API automation will be given TOP preference for this role.
Workflow Automation
- Design and build automated workflows using n8n to connect Zoho apps, internal APIs, and third‑party tools — reducing manual tasks across CS Groups' B2B consulting operations and helping the team save 10+ hours per week on repetitive processes.
- Integrate Zoho CRM, Zoho Cliq, Zoho People, and Zoho Projects into unified automation pipelines — ensuring data flows seamlessly between departments without manual data entry, duplicate records, or communication delays.
- Build AI-powered automation triggers using Claude AI and OpenAI APIs — creating smart workflows that auto‑classify leads, generate follow‑up messages, summarize reports, and route tasks to the right team members based on real‑time conditions.
Backend & Scripting
- Write Python scripts to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks — pulling data from Zoho APIs, processing it, and pushing results to dashboards, spreadsheets, or notification channels used by the CS Groups management team.
- Develop and maintain webhook listeners, cron‑based schedulers, and event‑driven automation scripts — ensuring all automated systems run reliably 24/7 without manual intervention or monitoring overhead.
- Debug and optimize existing automation workflows — identify bottlenecks, fix broken API connections, handle edge cases gracefully, and improve overall workflow reliability and performance across 20+ active client automations.
AI Integration
- Integrate large language models (LLMs) into business workflows — use Claude, GPT‑4, or Gemini APIs to automate content generation, data classification, sentiment analysis, and intelligent decision‑making within n8n pipelines and Zoho automation rules.
- Document all automation workflows, API integrations, and system architecture — create clear technical documentation that helps the CS Groups team understand, maintain, and extend the AI automation infrastructure you build during your internship in Patna.
Learning & Growth
- Attend weekly team syncs, code reviews, and automation demos — present your work to the CS Groups leadership team, receive structured mentorship from senior developers, and get exposure to enterprise‑level automation challenges that most interns never encounter until years into their careers.
- Explore and evaluate emerging AI tools and automation platforms — research new n8n nodes, test AI APIs, and recommend improvements to CS Groups' existing automation stack. Your suggestions will directly influence what tools the company adopts and how it scales its operations across 20+ client accounts in Patna and beyond.
- Currently pursuing B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field (any year) — final year students and recent graduates are also welcome to apply for this AI automation internship in Patna.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures — you should be comfortable reading API documentation, making HTTP requests, and working with JSON payloads in automation tools like n8n or Postman.
- Basic proficiency in Python programming — ability to write simple scripts for data processing, API calls, and automation tasks. Knowledge of libraries like requests, pandas, or boto3 is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with any workflow automation tool (n8n, Zapier, Make/Integromat) — if you've built even one automated workflow before, you're ahead of most applicants. We'll train you on n8n specifically during the internship.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset — you should enjoy breaking down complex processes into logical steps, identifying where automation can add value, and building reliable systems that work without constant supervision.
- Good communication skills — ability to explain what you've built to non‑technical team members, document your workflows clearly, and collaborate with the CS Groups design, sales, and HR teams during the internship period.
