Job summary

LiveRamp, Inc. seeks an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize intelligent automation solutions leveraging AI technologies to accelerate business processes and enable digital transformation.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable automation strategies and deploy ML models, RPA bots, and automation frameworks. The role requires a solid foundation in AI/ML, RPA tooling, Python, and experience with APIs, data pipelines, and workflow

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Experience building AI automation solutions in a business context.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, RPA tools, and Python scripting.
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communicator in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

• Troubleshoot automation systems, optimize workflows, and ensure security/compliance of deployed solutions.
• Stay current with AI/ML and automation trends and advise on improvements.

LiveRamp, Inc. is seeking a forward-thinking AI Automation Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize intelligent automation solutions using AI technologies to accelerate business processes, drive efficiency, and support our ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain AI-driven automation solutions for critical business operations.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI automation strategies.
• Evaluate, customize, and deploy machine learning models, RPA bots, and intelligent process automation frameworks.
• Analyze processes and propose automation enhancements to increase productivity, accuracy, and reliability.
• Manage end-to-end implementation cycles, including documentation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and post-launch support.
• Troubleshoot automation systems, optimize workflows, and ensure the robustness, security, and compliance of deployed solutions.
• Remain current with advances in AI/ML, automation tools, and best practices, and offer recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience developing and deploying AI automation solutions in a business context.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML principles, RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), and scripting/programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Effective communicator, comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI/ML as-a-service tools.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security frameworks, and compliance considerations in automation.
• Demonstrated ability to document solutions and deliver knowledge transfer sessions.
