Job summary

Onething in Gurugram is hiring a builder to create internal systems and AI-assisted workflows that let the team spend its time on the actual craft.

This is a build role with real autonomy: you'll pick the tools, own the stack, and ship reliable systems on top of existing models.

You will design and deploy automation for content production, integrate with LLM APIs, and ensure workflows recover gracefully.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with strong API and integration skills.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) including prompt design, tool calling, and handling non-deterministic output.
• Working knowledge of automation platforms and the ability to write code when the platform isn't enough.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript to build and deploy a small service.
• Webflow experience, or clear evidence you pick up new tools quickly.
• HTML email experience is a strong plus; willingness to learn it is required.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-assisted pipelines for content and creative production: briefs into first drafts, repurposing one asset across channels, batch variant generation, brand-voice consistency checks.
• Automate internal and external operations.
• Own the reliability of what you build: error handling, retries, logging, alerting, and knowing when a workflow has silently degraded.
• Decide what should be automated, what should be simplified first, and what should be left alone.
• Maintain and extend our Webflow site: CMS collections, new pages and sections, custom code, SEO hygiene.

Too much of our best work is being eaten by repetitive production and coordination. We're hiring one person to fix that from the inside, building the internal systems, automations, and AI-assisted workflows that let our team spend its time on the actual craft.

This is a build role with real autonomy. You'll pick the tools, own the stack, and answer to whether things work.

To be clear about what this is not: this is not a research or model-training role. You won't be fine-tuning models or writing papers. You'll be building reliable systems on top of existing models, and shipping them to colleagues who will use them every day.
