Job summary

Soft System Solution in Mohali, India seeks an experienced AI Automation & Chatbot Lead to design, build, and optimize AI-powered chatbots and voice agents that solve real business problems and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will work with clients and internal teams to develop intelligent systems using Botpress and Retell, integrating LLMs and business applications, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Botpress, Retell, or similar chatbot and conversational AI platforms.
• Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.) into production workflows.
• Solid understanding of APIs, REST services, webhooks, databases, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Make.com or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to independently manage projects from requirements gathering through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI chatbots and voice agents using Botpress, Retell, and similar platforms.
• Develop conversational flows that provide intuitive and engaging user experiences.

You'll be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing AI-powered chatbots and voice agents that solve real business problems.
