Job Title: AI Architecture & Leadership Manager Experience: 10+ Years Location: Pune / Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Architecture & Leadership Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AI architecture, cloud-native platforms, LLM ecosystems, Agentic AI, and enterprise application integration while leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative business solutions. The role requires a blend of technical leadership, solution architecture, stakeholder management, and AI strategy execution to drive adoption of Generative AI across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Strategy & Leadership Define and execute the organization’s AI and Generative AI roadmap aligned with business objectives. Lead AI transformation initiatives and drive enterprise-wide AI adoption. Partner with business leaders, product owners, and executive stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and create innovation strategies. Build and mentor high-performing AI engineering, architecture, and data science teams. Establish AI governance, responsible AI practices, and risk management frameworks.
• Architecture & Solution Design Architect enterprise-scale AI/GenAI platforms and solutions. Define end-to-end architectures covering data ingestion, model orchestration, RAG pipelines, vector databases, AI agents, integrations, security, and monitoring. Drive architecture decisions for LLM-based applications utilizing Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and other foundation model ecosystems. Establish AI platform standards, reusable frameworks, and enterprise best practices. Design scalable multi-agent and Agentic AI systems.
• Delivery & Program Management Oversee the delivery of complex AI programs from ideation to production deployment. Manage architecture reviews, technical governance, and solution quality. Ensure AI solutions meet scalability, performance, security, and compliance standards. Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, MLOps, and cloud teams to enable successful deployments. Drive continuous improvement and innovation across AI initiatives.

Required Skills

• AI & Generative AI Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Transformer architectures. Advanced knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Model Evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Agentic AI Frameworks LangChain LangGraph MCP (Model Context Protocol) AI Guardrails Multi-Agent Systems AI Governance Frameworks
• Cloud & Platform Engineering Extensive experience in Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms. Expertise in: Azure OpenAI Services AWS Bedrock Cloud-native architectures Kubernetes and Docker API Management Microservices Architecture Experience designing secure and scalable AI platforms.
• Data & MLOps Experience with Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs, and Semantic Search. Strong understanding of MLOps and AI lifecycle management. Experience with model monitoring, observability, and production AI operations. Knowledge of data engineering and enterprise integration patterns.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale delivery programs. Strong client-facing and executive communication skills. Ability to influence architecture decisions at leadership levels. Experience mentoring architects, AI engineers, and technical leads.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise AI programs in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience with Responsible AI, AI Security, and Compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of Blockchain, Cloud Transformation, Digital Platforms, or Enterprise Architecture frameworks is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent leadership qualification is an added advantage.
