NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned AIML/GenAI Architect for our Bangalore, KA location to lead end-to-end GenAI and AI-driven platform designs. The role demands deep expertise in AI/ML, data science, and enterprise-scale architecture across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

You will drive solution architecture, proposals, and client engagements, shaping target-state architectures and modernization programs in BFSI, healthcare, and manufacturing domains.

Qualifications

• 13+ years IT experience with 5+ years in AI/ML/GenAI architecture.
• Strong knowledge of insurance value chains and target-state architectures.
• Experience with hyperscalers (Azure, GCP, AWS) and data platforms.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned AIML/GenAI Architect with 13+ years of total experience, including 5+ years of relevant expertise in AI/ML, Data Science, and GenAI architectures This role demands a proven background in technical architecture design, Hyperscaler solutions (Azure, GCP, AWS), and end-to-end delivery of AI-driven platforms and agentic solutions The candidate will play a pivotal role in solution architecture & design, proposal creation, estimations, and client engagement across large-scale AI transformation programs

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver GenAI, LLM, and agentic AI solutions
• Excellent understanding of Agentic Frameworks, MLOps, LLMOps
• Design enterprise-level scalable AI-ready architectures
• Lead proposals, estimations, and RFP/RFI responses
• Partner with clients as a trusted AI advisor for transformation roadmaps
• Exposure to data engineering pipelines
• Build reference architectures and reusable GenAI frameworks

Qualifications

• 13+ years IT experience; 5+ years in AI/ML/GenAI architecture
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Insurance capabilities across P&C, life, health and reinsurance value chains, from quote, bind and policy issuance through claims and servicing, and use this knowledge to shape capability maps and target-state architectures.
• Advise on insurance transformation initiatives, including core platform modernization, digital journeys, data and analytics platforms, automation, cloud migration and enterprise AI adoptio
• Strong data science, MLOps, and solutioning background
• Deep expertise with Azure (priority), GCP, AWS
• Proven client-facing skills: RFPs, proposals, stakeholder management
• Certifications in Azure AI / GCP ML / AWS ML (preferred)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 13+ years overall IT experience with 5+ years as an AI/ML architect
• Technical Background:
  • Strong foundation in data science, ML model lifecycle, and MLOps
  • Proven expertise in GenAI / LLM / Agentic architecture design
  • Good understanding of data engineering pipelines
• Cloud Expertise: Hands-on architecture experience with at least one of the major Hyperscalers such as Azure, GCP, AWS
• Experience of working on Databricks, Snowflake, Palantir etc. is added advantage
• Client-Facing Skills: Proven track record in RFPs, proposals, and estimation for AI programs
• Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Azure AI Architect / GCP ML Engineer / AWS Machine Learning Specialty
• Experience with enterprise-scale GenAI deployments (e g , copilots, chatbots, autonomous agents)
• Exposure to regulatory-compliant AI systems in BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Public Sector etc. will have added advantage
