Job summary

Net Connect is seeking an AI Architect (MCP) in Gurgaon with hybrid work arrangement. The role leads design and implementation of enterprise-scale Agentic AI and LLM-powered solutions, bridging strategic architecture with hands-on delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software/enterprise architecture, strong MCP expertise, and proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Azure, and AI governance. This is a 12-month contract with hybrid Gurgaon location.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.
• B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with MCP, agentic AI, enterprise AI governance, and context engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design MCP server architectures, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Develop reusable AI agent skills, prompt libraries, and RAG-based solutions.
• Build enterprise context engineering frameworks and AI governance standards.
• Author ADRs, SDLC standards, and security review documentation.
• Design enterprise knowledge architectures and ontology models.
• Collaborate with EA, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Drive AI platform adoption, governance, and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Model Context Protocol (MCP), context engineering, enterprise architecture, and AI governance, with the ability to bridge strategic architecture and hands-on implementation.
