Job summary

Academian India seeks an experienced AI Solution Architect to design and implement scalable AI-driven solutions across LMS platforms, content systems, and enterprise apps. You will lead AI strategy, ensuring secure and high-performance deployments and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will work with ML, DL, NLP, generative AI, and cloud platforms, applying best practices in AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead AI architecture roadmap aligned with business goals and customer requirements
• Design and implement scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions including personalization engines and AI-powered assessments
• Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and prompt engineering frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives
• Conduct architectural reviews and recommend improvements
• Ensure secure, ethical, and compliant AI deployments following best practices

Job description

As an AI Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing scalable AI-driven solutions leveraging Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI technologies. You will lead AI strategy and solution design across LMS platforms, content systems, and enterprise applications, ensuring secure, high- performance, and scalable AI deployments.

Required Skills and Technologies:

• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG architectures, fine-tuning, prompt engineering)
• Experience working with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, HuggingFace, Anthropic, or similar platforms
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or equivalent
• Strong backend programming experience in Python (preferred), Java, or NodeJS
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Lang Chain, LlamaIndex
• Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases
• Experience with one of the Cloud platforms AWS, Azure,GCP or equivalent
• Experience with MLOps practices and CI/CD for AI/ML pipelines
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance AI-based cloud solutions
• Good to Have: Familiarity with EdTech standards such as LTI, QTI, xAPI, CMI5, and SCORM
• Good to Have: Exposure to Responsible AI frameworks and AI governance models
