Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI architecture roadmap aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Design scalable AI/ML and Generative AI platforms across hybrid cloud environments.
• Establish AI governance, responsible AI practices, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Identify AI opportunities across IT Operations, Service Management, Security, Network, Cloud, and End User Computing.
• Architect solutions across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP; design hybrid/multi-cloud architectures.
• Define cloud landing zones, security baselines, identity integration, and operational frameworks.
• Modernize infrastructure through automation and AI-enabled operations.
• Drive AI-powered infrastructure operations, including predictive incident management and event correlation.
• Develop network AI capabilities: automated impact analysis, SD-WAN optimization, AI-assisted troubleshooting, anomaly detection.
• Implement GenAI & Copilot solutions: Azure OpenAI, Copilot, AWS Bedrock, Open-source LLMs; build retrieval augmented generation architectures.
• Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible; design self-healing infra and IaC workflows.
• Collaborate with CIOs/CTOs/Infrastructure Leaders and support pre-sales, solutioning, and governance.
