Job summary

Contactx Resource Management is seeking an experienced AI/ML architect to design enterprise-scale solutions, focusing on Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures. The role emphasizes cloud-native patterns on GCP, MLOps, and governance to ensure scalable, secure deployments.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, define robust architectures, and oversee lifecycle management across distributed systems and microservices, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale AI and ML solutions.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, and RAG architectures.
• Expertise in MLOps, LLMOps, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong architecture modelling, design documentation, and governance experience.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, AI security, and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
