Job summary

Covestic Inc. seeks an experienced AI/ML Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for a GenAI platform, focusing on RAG pipelines, context engineering, memory management, governance, and security.

You will own orchestrator design, MCP Integration Framework, and GraphRAG query-generation while ensuring alignment with engineering standards. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in AI/ML solution architecture, hands-on multi-agent workflow design, and strong AWS/MCP experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years AI/ML solution architecture experience including RAG pipelines and prompt-framework design.
• Hands-on experience designing multi-agent workflows.
• Strong grasp of platform-architecture alignment and engineering standards.
• Prior experience owning solution architecture for an AI product suite.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and MCP or comparable agent-integration protocols.
• Experience designing evaluation architecture for AI systems.
• Comfortable verifying engineering-standard compliance with a Solution Architect.

Responsibilities

• Own RAG pipeline patterns, Context Engineering, Memory Management, governance framework, security posture, prompt frameworks, and agent workflow design, Gen AI Architecture.
• Ensure feature designs align with the overall platform architecture and engineering standard.
• Partner with the Knowledge Graph Architect on KG-dependent capability design.
• Review and approve designs proposed by the AI/ML Engineers before sprint commitment.
• Own orchestrator design and the MCP Integration Framework architecture.
• Define the GraphRAG query-generation approach for the platform.
• Own evaluation architecture for platform AI components.
• Verify engineering-standard compliance of platform designs jointly with a Solution Architect.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience architecting across six or more concurrent capability suites
• Familiarity with knowledge-graph-backed retrieval
• Experience defining a formal MCP registration / agent-card standard
• Evaluation architecture experience tied to MLflow or similar

Education

B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
