Job summary

Taleo is seeking an experienced AI/ML solution architect to lead end-to-end architecture for a cutting-edge AI platform, covering RAG pipeline patterns, Context Engineering, Memory Management, governance framework, security posture, prompt frameworks, and agent workflow design.

You will own orchestrator design, the MCP Integration Framework, GraphRAG query-generation approach, and evaluation architecture, ensuring alignment with platform engineering standards and regulatory/compliance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AI/ML solution architecture experience including RAG pipelines.
• Hands-on experience designing multi-agent workflows.
• Strong knowledge of platform architecture alignment and engineering standards compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI/ML solution architecture design for the platform.

Role summary

Leads end-to-end AI/ML solution architecture, including RAG pipeline patterns, Context Engineering, Memory Management, governance framework, security posture, prompt frameworks, and agent workflow design, Gen AI Architecture; and owns orchestrator design, the MCP Integration Framework architecture, the GraphRAG query-generation approach, and evaluation architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Own RAG pipeline patterns, Context Engineering, Memory Management, governance framework, security posture, prompt frameworks, and agent workflow design, Gen AI Architecture.
• Ensure feature designs align with the overall platform architecture and engineering standard
• Partner with the Knowledge Graph Architect on KG-dependent capability design
• Review and approve designs proposed by the AI/ML Engineers before sprint commitment
• Own orchestrator design and the MCP Integration Framework architecture
• Define the GraphRAG query-generation approach for the platform
• Own evaluation architecture for platform AI components
• Verify engineering-standard compliance of platform designs jointly with the Technical Architect

Required skills & experience

• 8+ years AI/ML solution architecture experience, including RAG pipeline and prompt-framework design
• Hands-on experience designing multi-agent workflows
• Strong grasp of platform architecture alignment and compliance / engineering standards
• Prior experience owning solution architecture for an AI product suite
• Hands-on experience with AWS and with MCP or comparable agent-integration protocols
• Experience designing evaluation architecture for AI systems
• Comfortable verifying engineering-standard compliance alignment jointly with a Solution Architect

Preferred qualifications

• Experience architecting across six or more concurrent capability suites
• Familiarity with knowledge-graph-backed retrieval
• Experience defining a formal MCP registration / agent-card standard
• Evaluation architecture experience tied to MLflow or similar

Education

B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
