Qualifications

• 8–15+ years in AI/ML or AI solution architecture.
• Minimum 5+ years designing enterprise AI architectures.
• Experience architecting enterprise AI platforms and large-scale AI transformations.
• Strong background in FMCG/CPG, manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI - Solution Architect to design, architect, and lead the implementation of enterprise AI solutions for the FMCG/CPG business. This role will be responsible for defining scalable AI solution architectures across demand forecasting, supply chain, trade promotion, pricing, customer analytics, and other business functions while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business, data science, engineering, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable and secure enterprise AI/ML solution architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Define AI solution architecture standards, integration patterns, and technical best practices.
• Architect high-impact AI solutions across demand forecasting, trade promotion, sales, maintenance, customer experience, and finance.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, Business, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Design AI architectures across cloud platforms and SAP ecosystems.
• Define and implement MLOps architecture for model deployment, monitoring, scalability, and lifecycle management.
• Work with business stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable AI solution designs.

Experience

• 8–15+ years of experience in AI/ML, Advanced Analytics, Data Science, or AI Solution Architecture.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise AI/ML solution architectures.
• Proven experience architecting enterprise AI platforms and large-scale AI transformation initiatives.
• Strong background in FMCG/CPG, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Distribution environments.

Technical Expertise

• Advanced proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of MLOps architecture, model governance, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with SAP S/4HANA and enterprise data platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data engineering pipelines, APIs, and BI ecosystems.
• Experience designing scalable AI platforms and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Proficient in GenAI applications and enterprise AI solution architecture (desirable).

Leadership & Business Skills

• Strong solution architecture and technical leadership skills with the ability to align AI architectures to business objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with business leaders, architects, engineering teams, and technology partners.
• Ability to provide technical guidance, architecture governance, and best practices across AI initiatives.

Success Metrics (12–24 Months)

• Design and establish enterprise AI solution architecture standards and governance.
• Successfully architect and implement a minimum of 5 enterprise-scale AI solutions with measurable business impact.
• Develop scalable AI architecture blueprints and reusable solution frameworks.
• Enable enterprise-wide adoption of scalable, secure, and high-performing AI solutions.
