Job summary

The Hub is seeking a Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models. The role focuses on integrating agentic capabilities to enable autonomous, goal-driven AI systems for complex enterprise workflows, with emphasis on security and governance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy GenAI platforms, evaluate new AI technologies, and ensure scalable, compliant architectures across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software architecture.

Job description

We are seeking an innovative and technically hands-on Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of Generative AI (GenAI) solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude, ChatGPT and open-source models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral). A key aspect of the role will be to integrate agentic capabilities, enabling autonomous and goal-driven AI systems to handle complex enterprise workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture with at least 2+ years designing and deploying AI/ML or NLP solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, LLaMA, GPT-4, Gemini),including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or RAG architectures.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing agentic systems where LLMs operate autonomously or in structured workflows (e.g., using LangChain Agents, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Proficient with modern AI development frameworks: LangChain, Transformers, Hugging Face, Vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Cloud platform experience: AWS, Azure, or GCP; familiarity with Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Google Generative AI Studio.
• Experience in containerization, orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and MLOps practices.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, model governance and ethical AI considerations in enterprise settings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of guiding cross-functional teams.
