As an AI / Agentic AI Full Stack Developer you will be responsible for building AI agents and agentic AI solutions, developing and maintaining full-stack web applications, and supporting cloud-hosted applications on AKS. You will work on solutions that require technical depth, creative problem-solving abilities, and a strong engineering mindset, contributing to the overall success of our software engineering team. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Hyderabad, India location. In this role, you will impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our AI-enabled software solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, maintainable, and aligned to business requirements. Your contributions will help improve product capability, engineering productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI agents and agentic AI solutions aligned to business and application requirements.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack web applications across front-end, back-end, service, API, and integration layers.
• Troubleshoot and support web applications hosted on AKS cloud infrastructure, including application-level analysis and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define software specifications, and deliver reliable technical solutions.
• Apply engineering best practices for code quality, maintainability, observability, security, and production support.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to support timely delivery of software features, fixes, and improvements.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• 1+ years of experience building AI and Agentic AI solutions, including building AI agents.
• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining full-stack web applications.
• Strong understanding of web application development across user interface, service, API, integration, and data interaction layers.
• Ability to collaborate in an Agile engineering environment and troubleshoot application issues effectively.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another related field.
• 1+ years of experience troubleshooting web applications hosted on AKS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud-native application concepts, Kubernetes/AKS operations, CI/CD, monitoring, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
