CAI is seeking an AI Agent & MCP Developer to design and build intelligent agents and integrate enterprise applications using the Model Context Protocol. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Bengaluru, India.

You will work with engineering, IT, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions, monitor performance, and continuously improve systems. A strong background in Python and APIs is required.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–7 years in software development, AI, or engineering technology.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, Generative AI, LLMs, and Model Context Protocol.
• Strong Python programming and API experience.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.

Job Description

What You’ll Need

Required:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software development, AI, or engineering technology
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Model Context Protocol
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience working with APIs
• Understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and AI application integration
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup at the TE Whitefield Office in Bengaluru

Preferred:

• Experience developing AI solutions for engineering or enterprise business use cases
• Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise applications, tools, and APIs
• Knowledge of deploying, monitoring, and optimizing AI agent performance
