Job summary

Spearsoft in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an AI engineer to design and build intelligent agent systems that reason, interact with enterprise platforms, and fine-tune LLMs with RAG architectures. Hybrid work arrangement welcome.

You will implement retrieval-augmented generation, integrate tools, optimize inference, and deploy microservices on Cloud GPU infrastructure in a fast-paced, globally impactful environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related technical discipline.
