Qualifications

AI Agent Developer

We are looking for a hands-on AI Agent Developer to design and build intelligent AI agents and multi-agent workflows for enterprise applications.

What you’ll do:

• Build standalone and multi-agent AI workflows.
• Develop agents that use LLMs, tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Work on RAG, agent orchestration, and production deployment.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Python development skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications and AI agents.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with APIs, RAG, vector databases, and cloud deployment.
• 2-5 years of software development experience with practical GenAI/Agentic AI projects.

Nice to have:

• Databricks (Agent Bricks, Vector Search, MLflow, Unity Catalog)
• MCP, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.
