Across 4 core business functions, we're replacing manual workflows with intelligent, autonomous AI agents that reason, decide, and act — without constant human intervention.

We're not looking for prompt hackers or automation tinkerers.

We're looking for Builders — people who think in systems, design reasoning loops, and ship agentic workflows that run at scale.

You’ll architect autonomous systems that reason through financial data, automate planning workflows, and optimize operations.

Finance & FP&A

Responsibilities:

• Forecasting & anomaly detection agents inside Workday Adaptive Planning
• Variance analysis, accrual workflows & revenue modeling agents

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years in FP&A, Finance Systems, or RevOps + Workday Adaptive Planning experience

Legal Ops & CLM

Responsibilities:

• Contract review agents that flag risks and clause deviations automatically
• Compliance monitoring agents tracking obligations and regulatory deadlines

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years in Legal Ops or CLM + DocuSign CLM & IAM (required)

HR & People Ops

Responsibilities:

• AI-powered HR assistant for policy, cases & employee support

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years in HR Tech or People Ops + Workday HRIS (required)

Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Crawl the web for intent signals & dynamically update ICP segments
• Autonomously reallocate campaign budgets based on real‑time ROI

Sales

Responsibilities:

• Vet inbound leads against ICP automatically
• Read emails, handle objections & send context‑aware replies
• Run a RAG‑powered Sales Knowledge Base with pricing & battlecards

Qualifications:

• 4–5+ years in Growth or Solutions Engineering in B2B SaaS

Technical Skills & Environment

Required:

• Agent frameworks — LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, Claude Agent SDK, or OpenAI APIs
• Prompt engineering — reasoning loops, hallucination prevention, guardrails
