Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking a seasoned DGM - Circle SCM Ops to drive disciplined monitoring, governance and reporting of supply chain cost initiatives across all clusters. You will oversee NFA processing, payments, and governance aligned to Sanchay and DigiLeap commitments, ensuring EBITDA impact is clearly captured.

The role requires 5+ years in telecom SCM operations, reporting or governance, with BE/BTech or MBA in SCM/Finance and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cost saving initiatives across clusters and report EBITDA impact

• Consolidate cluster payment proposals and resolve payment issues
• Coordinate and drive periodic cluster review meetings and decks
• Ensure compliance with KPIs, Sanchay scoring and audits
• Drive digitalization to improve productivity and reduce TAT

Job Purpose

The Circle SCM Ops role ensures disciplined monitoring, governance, and reporting of supply chain cost initiatives and compliance obligations across all clusters within the circle. The role drives operational efficiency through structured NFA management, payment governance, and digitalization to support the circle's Sanchay savings and DigiLeap commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and govern cost saving initiatives across all clusters, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Validate opex and capex savings data with Corp Finance to confirm EBITDA impact and cluster-wise performance.
• Manage NFA processing end-to-end — ensuring correctness, RA application, and timely corporate approvals.
• Consolidate and process cluster payment proposals, resolving insourcing, infra, and vendor payment issues.
• Coordinate and drive periodic cluster review meetings — deck preparation, validation, and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with BSC KPIs, Sanchay scoring, HSW audit closures
• Execute digitalization initiatives to improve productivity, reduce errors, and shorten TAT.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Education Qualification

B.E./B.Tech or MBA/PGDM — Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Finance

Years of working experience

Minimum 5 years total with at least 5 years in telecom SCM operations, reporting, or commercial governance
