Job summary

Adobe's Business Process Optimization (BPO) team delivers capacity through automation, data intelligence, and process improvement. As Agile Delivery & Operations Lead, you will strengthen delivery across BPO in partnership with engineering, PMO, and business customers.

You will coach Scrum, orchestrate dashboards, and apply AI to accelerate analysis, with emphasis on measurable improvements from problem identification to adoption and results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading Agile delivery or delivery operations across multiple software teams, with demonstrated improvements.
• Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and the software delivery lifecycle, adapting practices to team needs.
• Experience building Power BI or Tableau dashboards from Jira data, partnering with developers on reporting automation.
• Demonstrated use of AI to improve the speed and quality of work, with concrete examples.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams on Scrum and Kanban, strengthening planning, retrospectives, and sustainable delivery.
• Partner with product and program owners on backlog readiness, acceptance criteria, and realistic commitments.
• Own delivery reporting and analysis: improve Jira data quality with teams and DevOps, diagnose delays, and actions.
• Use AI to accelerate analysis and build dashboards, queries, and reusable reporting workflows, validating findings.
• Prepare concise decision briefs with evidence, options, tradeoffs, and recommendations; lead reviews.
• Coordinate dependencies, address missed commitments, and call out unresolved risks early.
• Lead improvements across intake, delivery, testing, and release coordination; support adoption and measure results.

The Opportunity

Adobe's Business Process Optimization (BPO) team creates capacity through automation, data intelligence, and process improvement. As Agile Delivery & Operations Lead, you will strengthen delivery across BPO in partnership with engineering, Program Management & Operations, and business customers.

As an operational partner to Digital Transformation leadership, you will combine Scrum coaching, delivery analysis, and daily use of AI to improve how work gets done—anticipating issues, recommending decisions, and leading improvements from problem identification through adoption and measurable results.

What You Will Do

• Coach teams on Scrum and Kanban, strengthening planning, retrospectives, and sustainable delivery.
• Partner with product and program owners on backlog readiness, acceptance criteria, and realistic commitments that reflect capacity, support work, and shifting priorities.
• Own delivery reporting and analysis: improve Jira data quality with teams and DevOps, diagnose delays, and recommend actions to improve delivery and resource allocation.
• Use AI to accelerate analysis and build dashboards, queries, and reusable reporting workflows, validating findings against source data.
• Prepare concise decision briefs with evidence, options, tradeoffs, and recommendations; lead operational reviews and drive actions to completion.
• Coordinate dependencies, address missed commitments constructively, agree on recovery actions with owners, and call out unresolved risks early.
• Lead improvements across intake, delivery, testing, and release coordination; support adoption, measure results, and share approaches that reduce manual effort, delays, and rework.

What You Need to Succeed

• 5+ years leading Agile delivery or delivery operations across multiple software teams, with demonstrated improvements.
• Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and the software delivery lifecycle, adapting practices to team needs.
• Experience building Power BI or Tableau dashboards from Jira data, partnering with developers on reporting automation.
• Demonstrated use of AI to improve the speed and quality of your work, with concrete examples. You can frame problems clearly, refine outputs iteratively, and verify accuracy against the source data.
• Evidence of investigating root causes and independently leading improvements through to adoption and measurable results.
• Experience building cross-functional agreement, navigating competing priorities, and resolving difficult issues respectfully with clear communication.
