Wsne Consulting in Bangalore is seeking an experienced Agile Coach Manager to drive Agile transformation across teams, ARTs and portfolios, facilitating governance, coaching and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 10–14 years of total experience, 5+ years in Agile coaching, SPC certification, and a client-facing background.

Qualifications

  • 10–14 years of overall experience with strong Scrum Master background.
  • 5+ years of relevant Agile Coaching experience.
  • SPC (SAFe Practice Consultant) certification mandatory.
  • Experience scaling Agile / SAFe frameworks across Portfolio, ART, and Team levels.
  • Client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor Agile teams, Scrum Masters, RTEs, Product Owners, and leadership.
  • Conduct Agile maturity assessments and drive continuous improvement.
  • Train teams and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe practices.
  • Perform Value Stream Identification, Analysis, and Mapping.
  • Align OKRs with Portfolio, ART, and Team-level execution.
  • Facilitate ART Launches and SAFe ceremonies/workshops.
  • Drive Kaizens within ART releases to improve efficiency.
  • Work with leadership to establish Lean Portfolio Management.
  • Facilitate Big Room Planning and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
  • Promote collaboration between development and operations using DevOps practices.
  • Stay updated with emerging Agile frameworks.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach Manager to drive Agile transformation, coaching, governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across teams, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and portfolios.

The Agile Coach will help teams, leaders, and organizations build an Agile mindset through coaching, facilitation, mentoring, training, and change management while enabling effective delivery of business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor Agile teams, Scrum Masters, RTEs, Product Owners, and leadership.
  • Conduct Agile maturity assessments and drive continuous improvement.
  • Train teams and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe practices.
  • Perform Value Stream Identification, Analysis, and Mapping.
  • Align OKRs and organizational goals with Portfolio, ART, and Team-level execution.
  • Facilitate ART Launches and SAFe ceremonies/workshops.
  • Drive Kaizens within ART releases to improve efficiency.
  • Work with leadership to establish and drive Lean Portfolio Management (LPM).
  • Facilitate Big Room Planning, Inspect & Adapt sessions, brainstorming sessions, and other SAFe workshops.
  • Support organizational structure and operating-model changes based on Agile principles.
  • Drive stakeholder management, project governance, change management, and benefits realization.
  • Coach leaders and managers on Agile mindset, empowerment, and servant leadership.
  • Use appropriate Agile coaching, facilitation, mentoring, and training techniques.
  • Promote collaboration between development and operations teams using DevOps principles and practices.
  • Support product-platform ways of working in an Agile environment.
  • Apply systems thinking to identify, analyze, and remove impediments across delivery value streams.
  • Establish and drive Communities of Practice (CoP) to promote Agile best practices.
  • Stay updated with emerging Agile frameworks, methodologies, and industry practices.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 1014 years of overall experience with significant Scrum Master experience.
  • Approximately 5+ years of relevant Agile Coaching experience.
  • SPC (SAFe Practice Consultant) certification Mandatory.
  • Strong experience implementing Scaling Agile / SAFe frameworks.
  • Experience coaching at Portfolio, ART, Team, and Leadership levels.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with Agile maturity assessments and continuous improvement.
  • Strong facilitation, mentoring, training, and coaching capabilities.
  • Experience with Value Stream Mapping and Lean Portfolio Management.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • Product backlog management tool experience is highly desirable.
  • Full-time MBA / Engineering / equivalent qualification.
  • Software development experience is preferred.
  • Automotive / Auto-ancillary industry experience is preferred.
Preferred Certifications

In addition to mandatory SPC certification, exposure to certifications such as:

  • SAFe
  • LeSS
  • CSP
  • PSM-II
  • CEC
  • ICP-ACC
  • ICP-ATF

would be an advantage.

Other Requirements
  • Candidate should be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
  • Willingness to travel to the client office as required.
  • Ability to take initiative and learn independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
