Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Gurugram, India, is seeking a seasoned software engineer to design and build production-grade, multi-step AI agent systems. You will stay hands-on as a full-stack engineer while guiding architecture and tooling across teams.

You will work with Python, Django, React, and AWS, integrating RAG, vector databases, and enterprise APIs. Strong emphasis on performance, safety, and governance, with mentoring responsibilities and influence on best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with architecture ownership.
• Strong Python, Django and React; solid AWS experience.
• AI experience is required: LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and hands‑on experience building agentic or multi‑agent systems.
• Strong distributed systems, async/event-driven design and API skills.
• Experience evaluating and monitoring non-deterministic AI systems in production.

Responsibilities

• Design agentic architectures: planning, tool use, memory, multi-agent orchestration and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Build agent backends and UIs with Python, Django and React; deploy on AWS.
• Integrate RAG, function/tool calling and enterprise APIs into agent workflows.
• Define evaluation, tracing, safety guardrails and cost/latency controls for agents.
• Work with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or AutoGen, and protocols such as MCP.
• Mentor engineers and set patterns for agent development across teams.
