Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Senior Associate to transform raw data into actionable insights using SQL, Python and Power BI. You will lead analytics projects within our Technology Consulting practice, deriving data-driven decisions and guiding teams across advisory, assurance, tax, and business services.

You will build stakeholder relationships, mentor colleagues, and navigate complexity to deliver robust data solutions that inform strategic decisions and drive growth.

Qualifications

• MBA degree or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in analytics or related fields
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Data & analytics core: SQL (complex joins/CTEs/window functions) and Python with Power BI data visuals.
• Agentic AI: LLM-based agents, RAG grounding, tool-calling, multi-agent orchestration.
• Conversational AI: NLU, containment, deflection, authentication funnels metrics.
• Contact Center domain: transformation KPIs like AHT, FCR, NPS and workforce management.
• Platforms: Salesforce Service Cloud, Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, IVR/CTI.
• Engagement leadership: end-to-end delivery, client/stakeholder management, structured problem solving.

As an Agentic Diagnostics & Insights Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision‑making and driving business growth. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques to extract insights from large datasets, focusing on exploratory and descriptive analysis, statistical modeling, and creating data visualizations to solve complex business problems and inform strategic decisions.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful stakeholder connections and guide and mentor others, using your skills to navigate complexity and anticipate the needs of your teams. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, maintaining professional and technical standards, and growing your personal brand. • Agentic AI (hands‑on build): LLM-based agents + RAG grounding + tool‑calling + multi‑agent orchestration
• Conversational AI: NLU + containment / deflection / disconnect / authentication‑funnel metrics
• Contact Center domain: Contact Center Transformation + KPIs (AHT / FCR / NPS) + Workforce Management
• Platforms: Salesforce Service Cloud + Genesys / NICE / Amazon Connect + IVR / CTI
• Engagement leadership: End‑to‑end project delivery + client / stakeholder management + structured problem solving

What You Must Have

• At least MBA degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
