Job summary

Sierra Learning Academy in India seeks a Senior Agentic AI Trainer to teach the design and development of LLM-powered agent systems, covering orchestration frameworks, RAG, and agent evaluation, while building strong conceptual understanding of agentic reasoning and failure modes.

You design and deliver curriculum on LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI; teach RAG pipelines, vector databases, and tool-calling architecture; conduct hands-on project sessions and mentor learners through

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building LLM-powered applications; training/teaching experience preferred.

• Strong mentoring and presentation skills.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Trainer to teach the design and development of LLM-powered agent systems covering orchestration frameworks, RAG, and agent evaluation while building strong conceptual understanding of agentic reasoning and failure modes in learners.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver curriculum on agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Teach RAG pipeline design, vector databases, and tool/function-calling architecture
• Conduct hands-on project sessions building multi-agent systems
• Teach agent evaluation, guardrails, and safety design concepts
• Develop assessments and mentor learners through debugging non-deterministic systems
• Mentor junior trainers and keep curriculum current with fast-evolving agentic AI tooling

Requirements
