Job summary

Vlink is seeking an Agentic AI Manager to design and develop production-grade AI agents integrated with enterprise systems. The role emphasizes hands-on work with AI Agents, Python, LLM/Generative AI, RAG, and agent frameworks to deliver scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in software/AI, with at least one production-grade AI agent, strong Python and LLM integration skills, and a CS/Engineering/Data Science background.

Qualifications

3-6 years in Software Development / AI-ML / Generative AI
At least 1 production-grade AI Agent or LLM application
Strong Python and LLM API integration experience
Bachelor's degree in CS / Engineering / Data Science or related field

Responsibilities

Design and develop production-grade AI agents and integrate with enterprise systems
Implement agent frameworks, observability, and guardrails for safe deployment
Perform AI evaluation and optimize prompt strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI capabilities in production
