Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an AI Engineer to design and implement Agentic AI solutions, including AI agents, skills, and multi-agent workflows. You will leverage Claude Code or similar platforms and apply Python-based AI development to build scalable AI applications.

The role involves prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and orchestration of LLMs using Langhian, LangGraph, MCP, and related technologies, plus RAG solutions with vector databases and knowledge repositories.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions, including AI agents and workflows.
• Proven expertise with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted platforms.
• Strong Python proficiency for AI application development.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering, Optimization, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (Langhian, LangGraph, MCP).
• Designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and knowledge repositories.
• Understanding AI-assisted software development lifecycle incl. code generation and testing automation.
• Experience building reusable AI assets, templates, accelerators, and testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, modern architecture.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, DevOps, and container deployments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving for AI scalability and reliability.

Responsibilities
