Job summary

T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune invites an experienced Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI solutions for enterprise use cases.

You will work with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agent frameworks to create scalable, secure, production-ready systems. Join a team delivering end-to-end AI architectures across telecom and manufacturing contexts, collaborating with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development, AI solution design, or enterprise application development.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience designing and building AI Agents and autonomous workflows.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, Git, testing frameworks and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Docker.
• Familiarity with MLOps, governance, and Responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for enterprise use cases.
• Build intelligent workflows leveraging LLMs, tools, memory, and human-in-the-loop approval.
• Develop RAG solutions using enterprise data sources.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise apps, databases, APIs, and knowledge systems.
• Create reusable prompts, tools, templates, and workflow components.
• Evaluate AI solutions for accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost.
• Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize AI in production.
• Ensure security, privacy, governance, and Responsible AI standards.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
